What is POLTEC UHMW-PE(Hostalen GUR)?

POLTEC ULTROL is a registered brandname for the UHMW-PE extrusion products with a molecular weight in the average ranges of 3,000,000 to 10,000,000 provided by POLTEC Corporation. This is a really light material and can easily be machined by conventional equipment, likely, turning, milling and drilling.

POLTEC can be provided in sheets, bars, rods, tubes, pipes and angles. Many stock shapes are also available in a variety of sizes and colors. Extruded shapes can be custom made to the customer's specification. They can be fabricated into many parts for wastewater treatment plants, conveyor operations and thousands of other applications. Extruded lengths can be cut into shorter lengths and made in fabricated parts such as wear shoes, bearing blocks, sleeved bearings and thousand of other wear-resistant products. Custom shapes and colors are constantly being developed to meet the specific needs of our customers
